Mat Pilates

Join our Mat Pilates class to explore the foundations and more advanced aspects of Pilates. This class is suitable for everyone and emphasises the essential principles of Pilates, following the BASI Block System to target major muscle groups. You will feel challenged and leave each session feeling energised and revitalised.​

Barre

Experience the dynamic fusion of Ballet and Pilates with our high-energy, low-impact Barre class. As a trained dancer with a background in Ballet, I bring unique expertise to these sessions.  You'll feel challenged as we combine classic barre movements with mat-based routines. This class is designed to deliver an intense workout while being gentle on the joints.

N.B. If you don’t have a barre, you can use a table, chair, or wall for support

Private 1-1

Enjoy the transformative benefits of personalised Pilates with a 1-1 private class, available online or in-person. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, providing you with focused attention and expert guidance. You'll receive personalised feedback and hands-on instruction to refine your technique and deepen your practice.

N.B. Semi-private sessions are also available, designed for two people at the same cost as a private class.
